How we handle questions and answers

Questions

We store the question, optional industry and route, its status and submission time. Please do not include contact details, customer names or confidential information. A private tracking link lets you view an unpublished question; anyone with that link can access it. We store a one-way fingerprint of its access key, not the key itself.

By submitting, you permit an anonymised version to appear on PalletChecker and its LinkedIn Page after review. Only approved wording is public. We do not request your email or send notifications in this version.

Contributor answers

Your submitted answer, published name, description of experience and source links are held for review. You must give permission for publication with that attribution. Descriptions of expertise are supplied by contributors and are not independently verified credentials.

LinkedIn

Opening a LinkedIn discussion takes you to LinkedIn, which applies its own privacy rules. We do not mirror LinkedIn comments here. Answers for this website are submitted separately with publication permission.

Storage and access

Questions and contributions are stored in the website’s hosted database. The approval area is restricted to the PalletChecker administrator. Submitted and rejected items that remain unpublished are removed after 90 days during service maintenance. Published questions and answers remain available as part of the knowledge service unless withdrawn.

To limit spam, the service briefly stores a daily fingerprint derived from your connection address and a submission counter. It does not store the raw address in this counter. Hosting providers may also process technical request logs.

Corrections or removal

Contact PalletChecker through the Page’s Message button and quote the question’s reference. Keep your private tracking link out of public comments. We can withdraw a question or answer from this website; a separate LinkedIn post must be handled separately.
