How the library is prepared
The knowledge library is prepared with AI-assisted research and editing. Government guidance, published standards, pallet-scheme rules and manufacturer information are used as source material. AI suggestions and forum discussions help identify questions; they are not compliance authorities.
What review dates mean
A date records a source or content check, not certification by a qualified inspector. The library does not currently name an independent specialist reviewer for every article. Do not interpret an organisational byline as a personal professional qualification.
When you need a specialist
