Does a safety data sheet tell me the complete pallet specification?
An SDS informs a chemical risk assessment but does not replace it. Use its handling, storage and hazard information when deciding support, contamination controls and emergency arrangements. The actual warehouse activity and receiving specification still need assessment; a named pallet material alone cannot establish safe use.
What to check next
- Obtain the current SDS for the exact product.
- Have the site assess the intended storage and handling task.
