Does a sealed or wrapped pallet count as secure air cargo?
Wrapping alone does not establish aviation security status. The CAA Known Consignor scheme concerns approved procedures and the secure supply chain. Agree security acceptance and any screening with the air cargo agent before packing; a pallet specification cannot replace those controls.
